Elsa Hernandez

Office Manager

Elsa’s favorite thing about working at Eggemeyer & Graham is seeing all the patients finished smiles after treatment. Elsa has been part of the E&G team for 12 years, and has almost twenty years of experience working in the orthodontics field. Elsa has taken over as Office Manager in lieu of Candy’s retirement 1-28-2016.

Sandra Serrano

Clinic Coordinator

Sandra joined Eggemeyer & Graham right out of college, and she is with the team today, 17 years later. Seeing the kids grow up and change before and after the treatment are what Sandra enjoys most about working at E&G.

Arlette Maya

Orthodontic Assistant

In the 5 years that I have been at Eggemeyer & Graham Orthodontics I have grown tremendously with experience both clinically and personally. I could not see myself working and thriving in any other field. I love seeing how happy patients are when the braces come off and they can show off their gorgeous smiles.

Carmel Glynn

Front Desk

Carmel has been with the team since 2022. Two of her four children have done phase 1 and phase 2 orthodontics at Eggemeyer & Graham Orthodontics starting back in 2010. She loves greeting new friends and old at the front desk and on the phone. Carmel grew up in Wilmette where she still lives with her family.

Marilyn Perez

Chairside Assistant

I have been in the orthodontic field for 23 years and counting. I love every aspect of working at E & G, from assisting our amazing doctors chairside, to helping with scheduling needs and questions at the front desk. For me, the orthodontic field has been very rewarding and I love that I am still learning new things every day.
